How odd, I just wrote about the friends topic in my post this morning. It is nice to know I'm not the only one with the issue. I'm torn on it, honestly. I've been the "Look, I don't want to eat that, I'm happy with my salad" when out with friends...and they get offended. Yet on the opposite coin, if I accept the crappy stuff they want to eat, then I feel bad. It's wierd. I've instituted a once a week 'friends' meal. In that meal I will eat with the crowd. But if there is another time that week where I have to go out to eat with friends, then I stick to my guns and eat healthy. It seems to be working so far....
