Guilty Pleasures

June 25th, 2006

Whenever you deny yourself something, it seems you want it THAT much more. I’ve been having cravings lately for so many different things that I just shouldn’t have. I was thinking if maybe i posted about the cravings… perhaps in painful detail, it may help to squash that craving!

Here goes!

One of my weaknesses is ice cream. It’s something I can eat tons of and never feel full (which is a dangerous thing when you are trying to get in shape. One of my favorite ways to eat ice cream is to take plain old Vanilla ice cream, douse it in hershey’s syrup and put some sprinkles on it for a little crunch! It’s absolutely delicious.

Ice Cream Wondrous

add them together and you get something magical :D

  2. Its ice-cream too for me! Someone told me that eating what you crave the most foran hour nonstop will mean that you will stop craving it for at least 3 weeks. I tried it, and I was ready to eat ice-cream again that very night. Bah!

  4. Sorry bee! Somehow the chocolate sauce on the soup doesn’t sound very tasty.

  6. This looks yum but lucky has stirred no cravings for me. Unfortunately it is because someone at work thought it would be a good idea to put on a breakfast this morning with pancakes, maple syrup, ice cream, thickened cream, jam, croissants…. Need I say more??

Hope you are having a great day and that your cravings only visit once in a while :D

  7. Oh bee, that was my poor typing in action. I meant, how cold was it.. you kept saying it was soo cold.. it was my failed attempt at humor. I’ll try harder next time.

    M — What a breakfast. I’ll join you next time…in moderation of course :)
