					<description>I'm awful on the treadmill, even with music.  I'd be all right if it was in a location that faced the TV, so I could go on it while I watched my favourite shows, but right now its facing a window that overlooks my driveway.  How... exciting.

So I agree with you, its always good to do something painful as running in a place thats pretty.  I go for a walk in the park every week with my friend (parks can be dodgy/haven for criminals, which is a shame); and we always seem to have clocked up an hours worth before we know it.  Meanwhile at home, 5 minutes on the treadmill feels like an hour!</description>
