					<description>I totally believe that planning is the key to this weight loss thing.  We have to plan what to eat, when to eat, and more importantly we have to plan the time to exercise, which is the one thing I really struggle with.  Well done for doing your run and now you have a goal to beat the 47 minutes.  I'm sure it won't take you long to get back into it and kick ITS ass!!  Have a great day.
